Behavior Consultation: We offer home and community based consultative behavior support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Consultation is always personalized to the needs of each individual and their support team. All services touch on supporting relationships, regulation, communication, self-understanding, and empowerment. Person Centered Planning: Plan facilitation is short term planning with a purpose. It involves the development of a person-centered plan that includes the person and the collective wisdom of people who know, like, and believe in them the most.
